I've gone through a few posts now trying to diagnose the problem.

My rear wiper works fine, but the pump doesn't turn on for the front washer at all. So it's not a clogged line and because the pump works for the rear washer its not the pump. The fuse panel near the battery does not match what's in my handbook, so I don't know which relay is responsible for the front washer. So it's either that or the wiring, I have only had the Explorer for 6 months, the previous owner said the front washer worked "intermittently".

Any help on the wiring that leads to the front washer or which fuse it is would be helpful. I can take a photo of the fuse panel if needed.
