Default Front Wheel Drive Backing up a hill?

I'm looking at a 2015 Explorer with FWD. I live at the bottom of short, but steep hill, and would be backing the Explorer out multiple times per day.

Am a little concerned with the torque/weight issue all being on the front end, and the rear end being very light.

Any thoughts on this? Having a very hard time finding an AWD Explorer built the way I want down here in the south.
Thanks.

Is there any way you can turn the vehicle around and drive forward up the hill?
