Default Getting Hot

Have a 1994 Exploder. Temperature stays stable at Idle but increases on acceleration. Once in a while it drops and then goes back up.

Any suggestions or comments on why this is happening.

Vehicle runs great.

Default RE: Getting Hot

How many miles?

Of course the first question would be fluid level (checked cold).. Doesn't sound like its an 'overheating'condition? The most common problems would be the thermostat (stuck/damaged) and the radiator cores 'condition' for correct flow, or possibly a fan clutch issue..
