MAF Rattle?

Default MAF Rattle?
My 2003 Ltd., 4.6L, has a rattle-like sound from the MAF area of the intake tract upon deceleration or at idle. It runs fine but I'm worried something will shut down and it won't run at all when needed. Anyone hear of this problem/condition and know of a fix?
