O2 sensor problems
I have a 2016 explorer. The engine light came on for the o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1, also there was a light indicating the engine was running too lean. I replaced the sensor and now I got the code p2195 (O2 sensor on Bank 1 Sensor 1 is stuck lean) and also p2626 (O2 Sensor Pumping Current Trim Circuit/Open Bank 1 Sensor 1).
I have checked the wires and harness for the o2 sensor and everything seems to look as it should. Is there anyone out there with any advice that may help me diagnose or fix the problem?

Do you have any kind of test equip to use like a multimeter?
What I would do is remove the spark plugs for bank ! and see which plug has a lot of carbon on it. More black as compared to the others.
Let us know what you find, thanks.

Exactly what does "looked the worst" include?
If it was blacker than the others, you have good reason to look deeper into why #3 cyl is doing that.
A compression test would be a good start so we get some idea if it is a valve problem.
If all is good there , you can insure spark to that cyl is what it should be.
If that checks out, you could be looking at a malfunctioning fuel injector.
Check the simple things first.
