Default Passenger side rear power window?

I have a 97 explorer and the window mentioned above went down and I cannot get it back up. I removed the door panel and tried to get it back up by hand but could not get it. Anyone know how to get the window back up manually? Thanks

Have you tried 'holding' the window switch in the up position with the key ON, and sharply 'bumping' the window motor?

Tried that already. I think the motor is out but there should be a way to get the window manually also.
