Well this is the first thing that has broke on my new to me truck. I rolled the window all the way down, and now it wont go up. It just make a noise but wont go up. Since the motor is making a noise I dont think the motor needs to be replaced. Im thinking the window got off track some how. How do I get the door pannel off of a 1984 f-150 with power locks and windows. I think I could repair this pretty easely if I can get the damn pannel off.

 

There are several videos on YouTube that will show you how to take the panel off. There are probably 4 or 5 year models that work exactly the same for and f150, so use the search function and I bet you find something that will help you out.
