Default Power Windows problem

I have a 1996 Ford Explorer. I took the panel off the driver side door because the inside handle would no longer open the door. When I went to put the panel back on the door frame I found that none of my power window switch his work on the master control nor any of the other doors. I checked the fuses under the hood and in the cab but none are blown. I read in the owners manual where there is another panel with a relay but could not find it. Any suggestions on what my problem might be? Or how to get at the relay?

It might be a good idea to remove the panel again and check if you have power going to the pwr window sw.
If in the process of getting the panel out of the way with some tugging on the harness it might have caused the wire in the boot between the door and the pillar to become separated. Starting at the switch trace the wire colors into that flex area. If you feel one that feels like spaghetti soft and easy to bend, it is probably broken inside the insulation.
If that is the cause you would have to remove the panel anyway to make the repair.
