How do I set the clock on a 2000 Explorer?

 

To set the hour,, press and hold 'CLK' button then press 'SEEK' in either direction to advance/subtract hours.

To set the minutes,, press and hold 'CLK' then press 'TUNE' in either to advance/subtract minutes as above..
