Receiving a "95" code when running a KOEO test. Motor will not start. Replaced fuel pump relay, no joy. Pump does not run when key turned on. Thinking fuel pump. Any other checks that can be run prior to purchasing and replacing fuel pump. Current pump was replaced approx. 5 years ago.

Since there has be zero replies to tthis post I thought I would write an update. Chilton's manual says to read voltage on the harness to the fuel pump. The reading was 6.8 volts. The manual goes on to say the reading should be within 0.5 volts of battey voltage. Replace the pcm relay if voltage differs as stated. I understand that, but I attached a test lead from battery directly to the fuel pump with a good ground. Fuel pump did not run. Should the fuel pump run when receiving power directly from the battery? Any help all will be appreciated.

Replacing the fuel pump. Have not seen the fuel line connectors before. How are they unlatched/disengaged? Special tool from ford or other methods?

The connectors are what Ford calls "Quick Connect". While it is a special tool in a loose sense, it should be available at any auto parts store for less than 5 bucks. It's slides over the metal part of the tube on the pump, a round flange releases the connector when it's pushed into the cylinder of the fuel tube. Theres a rubber oring in the fuel line side of the connector so I suggest smearing some vaseline on both sides of the connector once you're ready to reconnect them. On fuel lines as old as that, you could damage the oring and have it not seal correctly.

Thanks for the response. The connectors came off. Found a loose hot lead wire to the pump. Replaced pump anyway. Also replaced the ECC relay. Motor started easily. Two questions: (1) Measured the voltage at the chasis harness to the fuel pump. Voltage = 6.8 volts. Used 2 meters to verify. The spec. is within 0.5 volts of battery voltage. Battery = 12.5 volts. Where does one go from here? (2) Next to the ECC relay and the Fuel Pump relay is a third relay. What is this one for?? I have researched Alldata and the Chilton's manual but have not been able to identify the relay. Thanks again for any and all responses.
