Default Rebuilt transmission drives good but..

Truck drives good shifts all gears and cant feel the transmission go into reverse or drive... I did clear the transmission memory by jumping the pos and neg wires together for about 15 mins... so I dont know if its because the computer is learning the transmission shift points or what but I am getting a small delay on 3rd gear or going 35 mph.. also when downshifting to 2nd sometimes there is a small bang... I was reading that when the computer is learning the shift points the transmission acts different... just to recap I did a full master rebuild, new reverse piston, updated pump valve and I did sleeve the servo with brass sleeves and new servos... did I miss something or hopefully the delay should fix its self???
