Default Runs for 15 minutes and dies

2008 Ford Explorer Sport Trac, 4.0 auto trans, 2 wheel drive, 116,000 miles. Bought it and drove home about 25 miles. Next morning drove 30 miles to work. Off work, drove 5 miles, died and will not crank? Finally started, without any issue, drove 20 miles and it died again. This is a repeatable problem, it runs for about 15 minutes, then dies, and will not crank.

1. Replaced battery checked at auto store
2. Verified alarm system by watching light under start, crank, lock positions
3. Verified fuel pump and filter, by disconnecting and verifying pressure after the filter, 3feed it sea foam and two other cleaners
4. Checked and found some wires had broken insulation, repaired them.
4. Hard ECU reset, for 48 hr.
5. Changed crank sensor, ran for 16 minutes and died.
6. The dying after 15 minutes or so has occurred four times.

I have absolutely no clue what is occurring after 15-20 minutes, my best guess is that something is warming up, gauge shows normal temp and some switch is locking the starter out. Now at one time, I found these codes, P0193, P2107, P0604, P0606, P0607, P060C. After clearing the codes, the truck started and drove for 16 minutes. Any ideas or directions are appreciated.

Could this be why whoever had the vehicle sold it?

It seems to have a PCM problem. (Computer problem)

It could be internal to the computer or possible connection problem.

In either case if there was any warranty, take it back or have a good shop check it out thoroughly.
If the PCM requires replacement ,this gets involved with programming the replacement computer and only a few shops can do this.
Of course a dealership can handle this.
Suggest getting a few estimates to get this done.
