Default SQEEKY FRONT END NOISE

I HAVE A 99 EXPIDITION AND I ALL OF A SUDDEN GOT A SQUEEKY NOISE WHEN I GO OVER BUMPS AND WHEN I TURN THE WHEEL ABOUT 75 PERCENT OF THE TIME IT WILL MAKE A LOUD SCRAPPING SQUEEK SOUND, ANY IDEAS. i HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT IT COULD BE MY BALL BARRINGS SINCE THEY ARE NONE GREASABLE ONES INSTALLED FROM THE FACTORY. JUST SEEMS WEIRD THAT IT WOULD DO THAT WHEN AT A STOP TURNING THE WHEEL.

Ball joints, not bearings and that is what it is. There are two remedies, but I don't know if you want to know what they are!

Don't be cheap. It's better and safer to replace "ALL" of the ball joints. First they squeek, then when you least expect it one of them will let loose and BAM, you've got a tire going left, right, up or down sideways.

most likely the creaking or squeking is he sway bar bushings.. the ball joints will more so become loose and get a clunking noise from the front end,, have someone check the sway bar links and bushings and also for excessive play in the ball joints. easy enought to have it inspected.
