I have an 02 Eddie Bauer Explorer and I noticed that my steering wheel's audio controls don't work. has anyone else encountered this problem? and if so, what was your fix, if any, before contacting dealer? the cruise control buttons on the left side work fine, the temperature and fan controls work fine. the only ones that don't work are the volume, memory, and the mode chooser buttons do not work...any help will be appreciated. thanks.

 

had the same fault with my 04 limited

took a replacement of the switches to fix the fault
