Switching Motor Relay

Default Switching Motor Relay
I have a 1998 Explorer, can someone tell me which relay is the one for the switching motor. There are ten of them and they are not labeled in the power distribution box. Thanks! Also, if it is not the relay, is there a special tool for popping out wires on the harness to replace the motor?
