Default Trailer Electric Brake Connection

I have a 2017 Explorer Limited with the factory installed Class III Trailer Tow package. I intend to install an electric brake module for trailer brakes. I removed the module from my 2013 Explorer and intend to use it on the new vehicle. The 2013 Explorer had a plug connection, apparently the 2017 Explorer does not, according the parts manager at my dealer. Since I cannot get an answer from the dealer, does anyone on the forum know if the Trailer Tow Package does have a pigtail tucked up under the dashboard? The fuse box does
have a 30 amp fuse in the slot for a trailer tow brake controller. Thanks
