Default Tranny

Hello,

I have a 2000 Ford Exporer, auto, 4WD, X, 4L. The tranny is slipping going into reverse and between 2-3. Fluid is clean and not burnt. Is there an easy fix, or should I get ready for a new tranny?

I have had some strange things with tranny but still going at 140 k. I also have a 2000 xlt 4 x 4; after trans fluid change, trans always slips for about 5k miles, dont know why but after that is is always ok. front end 4x4 seems to make more noise now when i use it driving in snow before, hope i dont end up with problems.
