Default V6 sounds like a v8?
i just put exaust on my 91 XLT 4.0 i took both cats out did one high flow cat and a 30 series flowmaster muffler. LOUDEST smog legal explorer i have ever heard. its bad ***

I have a 91 Explorer also but with a Delta 40 series flowmaster. I want to take off my cats and put a high flow cat on, would that pass inspection and how much did it cost you?

sure it would pass. they run from 60 to as high as you wanna go with one
