Won't crank

Unhappy Won't crank
I replaced engine in 2000 explorer won't crank, lights and everything come on normaly, checked starter wires (no problem). Do key need re-programing? can anyone help?????

If everything is right, and you did not change the PCM the key should work . Some anti theft systems need to be reset if the battery is disconnected. Check your owner's manual.
