wont start 98 explorer

everything turning but no gas is coming out of the fuel line?i disconnected the line from fuel filter. help what could be the problem

Sounds like the fuel pump. Listen when you put the key in the on position you should hear the pump kick on.Check the fuses and fuel pump relay to.

I you have been bumped in the rear you may want to check the inertia switch.
