02 f150 smoke on start up

Default 02 f150 smoke on start up
I have a 2002 F150 Lariat with 62,000 miles. It has just recently started to smoke (white) on start-up and Im losing about a quart of oil a week or week and a half. No oil on the ground so its being burned. Any suggestions, are my valves leaking or the rings or something else.

MY guess would be the valves are slightly starting to leak if it only smokes on start up
