I'm looking to purchase a truck and there is a 04' 4x4 stx that looks just right. However when looking at fueleconomy.gov I'm seeing it gets 13.6mpg!! My 1998 got that. Has nothing improved? Are there any tweeks or is 18-20mpg a dream? The 1500s out there see that.
