I have a 2001 Ford F-150 ext cab 4x4 with 120,000 miles on it. just gave it a complete tune up and am getting about 15 mpg in the city and about 17 on the highway. What is the best programmer/tunner on the market for increasing fuel mileage? I would like to get something that would raise my mpg for the city around 17 or 18 mpg and around 20 on the highway. any suggestions?
