Something is making my ignition switch not letting my key go all the way back to take out the key. I put in a new tumbler and ignition switch but neither solved the problem. As soon as I take all power off the key can go all the way back and you can take it out. Same goes for the steering wheel lock it would not lock with the battery on and the key off but as soon as you take off the battery it will lock. I'm baffled any help or ideas are helpful.
