07 Ford 150 5.4L 3v Triton Engine P0340 P0344 P0345 PO349 after timing job

Completed a meticulous timing on my 07 Ford Expedition. 5.4L 3v Triton Engine P0340 P0344 P0345 PO349 after timing job is persistent. The engine runs like new then after 4 or 5 miles it runs a little rough. If I turn the engine OFF, I am unable to start the engine for about 2 hours. Anyone have an ideal??
