07 mustang 4.6 to 01 f150 5.4

Was wondering if a 07 mustang 4.6 motor will go into my 01 f150 that had a 5.4 without any issues

Agreed. An engine swap is not something I would suggest, doing swaps like this can be difficult even for the best of mechanics.
