Default '15 Door Mirror clicking when accessing truck

I have a 2015 Lariat with the key FOB set to Memory Driver settings. Randomly when I access the truck, one of the door mirrors (on rare occasion both) will tilt to a max position an start clicking as they continue trying to move past their limit of movement. This will continue for about 15 seconds or until I press one of the Memory Position buttons. It may do this 3 times in a day, it may not do it for 3 or 4 days. There is no pattern to when it occurs, weather/moisture/temperature have no factor here. I have had the truck in the shop 13 times over 12 months and so far the dealership and Ford Service Engineers (FSE) have no idea what is causing this. They have replaced every part in the equation: key FOB, mirror control switch, Memory switch, physical mirrors, wiring harness, module under the driver’s seat, Body Control Module (BCM) and there may be more I am forgetting. They now think it’s a software issue, but cannot locate any existing bulletins to point them to the fix. See the attached video for example.

If I remove the key FOB from the memory of a driver settings, the problem does not occur. Once memory is programmed back into any key FOB, the problem returns. Yes, the simple answer is don't use the key FOB memory, but that is not the right answer.

Unfortunately I bought the truck used and Ford only considers a Buy Back if your state law requires them to. So for now I am stuck with a truck that malfunctions and the manufacture can't fix. If you have input on a known fix, please share.
