Default 1978 F150 Ford Dies when gets to temp

I am new here and I have purchased a 1978 F150 with a 351 Cleveland in it. The truck starts up and drives well, however when the engine gets to temp it will die, then will start right up and usually will not die again? I initially thought it was the module however I have crossed that off the list. I am at a loss, I thought someone here would know.

When it dies, does it die instantly like you turned the key off or does the RPM slowly go down and engine quits ?

When you say it starts right up does it need to crank a little more than usual but starts right up ?

It will die like you turned the key off.

Occasionally it will die and then start back without have to turn the key.

When it totally dies, usually start right up, however this morning it took a while and then started up.
