I own a Ford 1990 F-150 with 27,000 miles on it and have had problems starting it lately. I turn the key but it doesen't even turn over. It is electrical but I can't find why. I just change the solenoid, terminal heads and battery cables. It still won't start. Please any suggestions you have would be great.
