1990 f150 with 5.0

It will not start , i have 45psi to the fuel rail, i have spark and 160psi of comp. It will fire over with starting fluid, also checked the iners switch in the foot well (not poped).

Have you done anything to it recently (i.e. changed plug wires) or has anything changed (i.e. changed plug wires) that you haven't mentioned?
