my 1991 f 150 with a 302 auto wont start turn the key on the fuel pump will not shut off also you can hear the relays under the hood keep clicking but when when you leave it forr a while it may start changed all relays ign mogle plugs wires do you think it could be the computer?

 

Might be a bad ignition switch.
