1991 f150 brake issues
The brakes were no good when I bought it. Ive been trying to fix them for the past 3 weeks. Began by replacing front lines had issue after issue so it led to buying all these parts. Couldn't get the old bleeders loose so bought calipers and wheel cylinders. All break lines were rusted to hell.. Couldnt build pressure so replaced booster and master. Yes two ppl have been working on it to bleed it. We check calipers but not very thoroughly, but that's a valid point we will check them more closely..
If you blocked off the mc and the pedal is hard the mc is not the problem!
Try this Block off the rear brakes before the eh valve the pedal will be hard.
Next block off the brakes after the eh valve if the pedal goes down replace the valve.
One of the symptoms of a eh valve gone bad the pedal will seem good before the engine starts. After the engine starts the pedal will creep down almost like a bad mc. I will bet the eh valve is bad.

do you have good flow of fluid in the front lines .If so block one side off at a time see if there is a problem with one caliper its looking like a problem in the front lines or front calipers. check close for leaks.

Yes the rear brakes were also bled. I bled all brakes in-between each new part I put in and yes in that sequence ( farthest
To closest to the master) the back gains pressure and stops so I'm almost positive it is adjusted correctly. I'm thinking of putting in a Proportioning/ combination valve to equalize the pressure.. Any thoughts?

Issue: I cannot gain and hold pressure in my front brakes.
Things I've done: new booster, multiple master cylinders, ALL new brake lines, ALL new brake hoses, new calipers, new pads new wheel cylinders.
Bench blend all the masters. Bled the brakes over and over.. Solid fluid coming out of the bleeders...
Any ideas? Any solutions?
Thank you,
James

i have seen this issue one time. The poor guy put the calipers on the wrong sides. The bleeders were low and the air stayed in the calipers.
