Default 1993 f150 5.0

Hello,
I am new to this for him but was wondering if anyone could help me?
I have a 1993 F150 5.0 engine
I am having problems with it stuttering on acceleration. I have replaced I see, oxygen sensor, fuel filter, new plugs and wires, coil pack. Truck ran fine for one day after doing all this and went back to stuttering on acceleration and even dying out at a stoplight. Any ideas ?

When it quits running it either lost it's ignition spark or kinda ran out of fuel. It may be coincidence , but I wonder if the real problem was determined before replacing all those parts.
Is it easy to restart? If not, what do you need to do to get it started?
A coil that breaks down under load Or decides to take a holiday when warmed up could be part of the problem. Can we ask who replaced those parts and did you get the old parts? Poor connections also come into the picture and when disturbed to replace some of the parts worked for a short time. Will wait for the answers to some of those questions before going further.
