1996 F150 4.9 I6 problem at 35 Miles an hour
The truck set for over year and a half I’ve had to replace brake lines, alternator, idler pulley, serpentine belt, plugs wires, coil pack, distributor cap, rotor button,Evaporator sensor, vehicle speed sensor, and instrument cluster .The problem I’m having is at 35 miles an hour when the truck shifts it’s like the engine starving for fuel The engine Jerks the whole truck vibrates at Cruising speed. But when I give it full throttle it smooths out. And yes the check engine light is on and it says it’s running lean in bank two I just went and bought an 02 sensor and a fuel filter is there anybody out there who can help me because I’m at a loss. thank you if u can help

Not sure just how much help I can offer, but would like some addl info if possible.
It is important to get the exact code(s) you received.
First we don't know how long those codes may have been there. So it would be a good idea to have them erased and run the vehicle to see which ones reset.
Then,,,,,,,,, have you installed any fresh fuel , at least a half tank or more?
When you replaced the plug wires did you replace them one at a time or all at once? Sometimes if not done one at time wires can get into the wrong tower in the cap or even on the wrong plug. Did you remove the fuel filter and try to empty it to see what if anything comes out other than gasoline , could be dirt or water?
Do you know how the vehicle ran before it was parked? Let's start with these questions and go from there OK ?
