Default 2000 F-150 XLT 4.6 Weird A/C Starter Fuse issue

This is my first post. Recently purchased above vehicle. 240k miles. Seems in great shape for age.

But a weird thing happens, if turn on a/c, the starter will stop working. The fix is to pull fuse #20 and reinstall.

Fuse #20 5A mini -Audio, GEM (or CTM) Module, Powertrain Control Module (PCM).

The fuse does NOT blow.
The a/c doesn’t work, I was just testing it while driving. Blowers do. (I don’t think the compressor works-haven’t gotten there yet) This has happened twice. The first time the radio stopped working as well which is how I ended up at that fuse.
The starter has been removed and tested. The starter solenoid will jump the truck as well so seems to be working.

Whats the connection and potential problem to look for?
Thanks!

It might be a good idea to start at the battery terminals and remove and clean them.

Electricity can be a little fussy and by that I mean if the A/C is taking a good part of the available power there is nothing left for the starter.
