Can Someone please tell me if the front suspension needs work what should i get replaced besides getting a front wheel alignment?

Before a front end alignment is done, any competent shop will do a front end inspection and advise you. It would be a waste of time aligning a front end with worn parts so they would have an interest in doing it correctly.
