Default 2003 F150 with 5.4L rough idle cold

Hi All,
I'm new here. I had to replace an ignition coil, number 4 and decided to replace the plugs at the same time. I also did a quick cleaning of the intake. Replacing the coil resolved the engine light but now on startup when you put it in gear it runs really rough but once warmed up all runs smooth. Any ideas? I have double checked that i reconnected all electrical and vacuum lines etc. I cant seem to figure out why the rough running situation, was it always there and the new plugs and coils are exposing it or did I create a problem somehow.

Thanks.

By cleaning the throttle body, removing the coke, allows the throttle plate to close better, thus lower airflow (TPS, throttle body sensor).
The ECU has learned the running condition prior to cleaning and now needs time to correct, or you need to clear the memory, so the the ECU can start with the new DATA.

After an ECU reset the engine may run rough for a couple of days.

How do you clear the memory of the ECU?

Either use a scan tool, or disconnect the battery for ~10min.

Note: if you use a scanner the codes will be recorded in the history.. prior to clearing.
