Default 2006 F150 2WD XL - Tires

How can a company make a vehicle that you cannot purchase snow tires for? I have just been informed that there is not one tire manufacturer that makes a winter tire for this new truck that I purchased. That is what I call brilliant! I guess there is a reason why Ford has lost market share. They just lost mine. Now I need to figure out how to drive this piece of crap in the winter months...

Get an all weather tire with an agressive tread.

That's what I use. I know I didn't put my truck into 4WD on the road last winter, and they work fine.

Check Walmart.com, they sell Bridgestone blizzak snow tires. They carry the 2006 F150 sizes P255/65R17 and 265/60R18 in these tires. about $160 each.
