I have developed an oil leak that seems to emerge just above the oil pump and the oil works it's way down and drips off the filter. The oil is not coming from the oil filter seal. There is always a drip on one of the four bolts that hold the oil pump. Bolts have been torqued by my mechanic and he doesn't know where the oil is coming from. He says if he had to guess then it would be the oil pump gasket and has never seen this problem before nor has the local ford dealer I had been shopping for a used truck and saw this problem on another truck before I purchased this one but the problem did not emerge for 10000 miles and two oil changes. I have the 4.2 liter six cylinder. Anyone had this problem?
