I have a 2007 F150 that runs fine but sometime I put it in reserver i get a shaking and knocking in the engine. This happens often. It also started a shake at the red light when I was in traffic. I am not getting any error codes. click link below I tried recording when It happen

Two things you might want to have checked out,
Motor mounts and U-Joints.
