Ford F-150 The entry level full size truck from Ford, one of America's best selling for decades.

2010 F150 does a 315/70/17 tire cause that much trouble with gears and O/D?

Default 2010 F150 does a 315/70/17 tire cause that much trouble with gears and O/D?

I have a 2010 F150 Crew Cab 4X4 5.4 with the bilstiens all the way up. I a getting the Hankook Dynapro AT2 but just can’t decide on size not because of them fitting the wheel well but the size of the tire causing premature damage/wear on the truck. If anyone had ran 35s or 315/70/17 does it affect Overdrive that much or did you notice the transmission/engine having a hard time pushing them? Should I just stick with 33s or 295/70/17? Anybody who has ran these tires I would love to hear from you.
