2010 Ford f 150 king ranch rear view camera

My rear view camera intermittently works. Sometimes it comes on for about 15 seconds and goes blank and sometimes it doesn't come on at all. Have anyone had any of these issues?

Are you planning to do your own work or will you be taking your vehicle to a shop to be repaired/
