I know this probably isn't the biggest deal, but I'm trying to make sure the Sync software on my truck is up to date. I follow the directions here: https://help.ford.com/update-sync/usb/ download the files onto a thumb drive (Windows 10 machine), stick it in and nothing happens. I've tried 2 different 16Gb drives, but nothing. One does have indicator lights that it's being read, and those blink, but nothing. This is the basic system, just a couple line display on the radio. Is there a way to check what version is currently installed? Maybe it's already up to date?
