What lead up to the no start? Those are throttle body codes saying the pcm detects low voltage on throttle body sensor A and B circuit. You could try erasing them and seeing if they return. Also if you have a scan tool that can read live data check out the PIDS for throttle body sensor and it should show open percentage and voltage. Slowly press the gas pedal while watching the PIDS and the open percentage should rise as you’re pressing on the gas pedal
