Hey everyone having a problem with 8 cylinder keep getting miss fire code
Replaced spark plugs and coil pack but still having code come up
Any ideas?

 

What kind of plugs did you use?

 

I realize it has been 4 or more days ago since your posting, but if you haven't found the problem yet you might try swapping the #8 coil with another a few cyl away. Also , make sure the connections are tight and snug fitting where the coil and injector plugs are connected.
There have been instances where #8 was indicated as misfiring when it was really #7, so a thorough check is in order.
There have also been instances where a broken valve spring caused the misfire, however, that would require valve cover removal to confirm. As always , try the simple things first.
