Exclamation 2012 Ford F-150 Crank no start after it hit pothole.

2012 Ford F-150 Ecoboost
Driving on a dirt gravel road around 20-30mph, the left side of the truck ran over a rut in the road. It jarred the truck pretty hard. Immediately after, a wrench symbol appeared on the dash. 10-30 seconds later approximately 300-500 feet down the road a Low Oil Pressure warning shows on the dash. We bring the truck to a stop, put it in park, and the engine shuts off by itself. After that, the engine would crank but not start.

Disconnect the low side fuel line from the high pressure pump and see if you have fuel pressure when cranking. You could connect a fuel injector cleaning setup to the low side input of the high pressure pump and see if it starts then.

while using an OBD2 scanner to get the codes, the truck has started up immediately after turning the key and ran until i turned it off. drove fine, and put it in drive, neutral, reverse and park without problem. Afterwards it wouldn't start again and went back to just cranking. 10 min later, tried to start again, started and shut off by itself right after. went back to crank only.

You need to do the testing when the vehicle is not starting.
