2013 f150 crank no start.
2013 f150 5.0
Over a year ago, I had the fuse 27 go bad. Ordered the replacement, and it worked since then. Started the crank no start again and we replaced the fuel pump. Worked for a week then stranded me again. Dove into YouTube again and replaced the fuel relay module. Worked for a day then stranded me again. When I got it started, I took it to a shop and they kept it for 3 months. They replaced a crank sensor, fixed a ground cable, and found some ignition slop that was not telling it to give gas on the start up. Worked for 1 day and now I’m stranded again. What else could be wrong? Anyone have this ongoing problem?

it starts after it sits for an hour +. Would wiring cause that?
I don't at this time know what the fuse you replaced protects.. ANYTIME, a fuse blows there is a reason, the current in the circuit became more than what the fuse is rated to carry. Since the fuse doesn't open ALL the time, the problem is intermittent.
What should be considered is to check for fuel and spark when it will not start. Can you do that? Depending on what you find there will determine what we do next..
