I have been trying to update my Sync 3 to version 3. I have tried downloading the software update to a USB drive. When I put it into the USB port in my truck, I get the following error message about 15-20 minutes into it..."Installation Failed: The installation has run out of space or does not work with this version". I then try connecting to my wifi network, but the truck will not stay connected to the network and will not begin the automatic software updates. Any help would be much appreciated as I do not want to go to the dealership as they will charge me to update to the latest software.
