I backed into a concrete pole at a gas station and put a dent in my chrome rear bumper driver side face plate. Can that be changed without removing the bumper? thanks

 

What do you mean by face plate?
I assume you mean the plastic part. if so yes you need to pull the bumper off to remove that, also keep in mind that you may have dented the metal bumper behind the plastic.
If you can post a picture or two that would be helpful.

 

I replied to this but dont see it here. It is not a bumper cover it is a face plate and it is Chrome and yes I did find out it can be relaced without pulling the bumper.
