While I know this is a simple task, I have to remember there are some who don't even like go as far as replacing the serpentine belt let alone change out the alternator. In this video I show you just how easy it is with a few tips. This applies to many if not all Ford models that have a 4.6l or 5.4l modular engine in them. Hope this helps.
